We often confuse drama with leadership. The loudest person in the room, the executive who thrives in a crisis, and the leader who creates urgency and spectacle may attract attention, but that does not necessarily mean they provide the best leadership. This article explores the difference between leaders who create drama and those who build calm systems, discipline, and reliability.
